Acting

My most recent acting role (December 2020) was as a civil servant in a bio pic about Neville Chamberlain which stars Jeremy Irons in the lead role.

In July 2018 I was lead character and band leader in a show at the Kings place theatre, Kingscross, London.
I played the role of Colonel Cletus Corncob, fronting a hoedown band.
This role was in the performed in the persona of a comedic, bawdy southern gent with a heavy Kentucky accent.
In August 2018 I performed as an enhanced walk on in the Lotto Christmas TV campaign where I played a disgruntled road sweeper.
In February 2018 I was cast as “father” in a corporate film for the Stongate pub chain.
The film depicted a family of four having Sunday lunch.

As an extra
I have various TV and Film experience as an actor, supporting/background artist and featured extra.
Just recently I have doubled for a Roger Allam in upcoming Feature Film “Ilkley”. I was also a prominent featured extra in a major scene.
 
I appeared as featured extra in futuristic drama series “The Feed” with David Thewlis and Michelle Fairley.
I was a middle class protester and later a coal miner in period Drama “Gentleman Jack” with Suranne Jones.
Most prominent and recent role was as a dinner guest in a scene with Tara Fitzgerald (Lady Hermione) and John Malkovich (Hercule Piorot) in the recent BBC adaptation of the Agatha Christie drama “ABC Murders”.
I later returned to ABC Murders in a contributing artist role as a Double Bassist in a dance hall scene.

I have also made a couple of appearances as a mountain biker and a rambler on the ITV soap “Emmerdale”.

In 2012 I appeared as a member of Frank Skinner's "band" along with Zoe Ball on Sky TV's coverage of Cambridge Folk Festival.
